Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (where applicable)

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select locations. Additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Detroit Roast is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. You may also contact us for assistance.

Detroit Roast is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit once they have been handed to the shipping carrier.
